Cenozoic Era

 The Cenozoic Era began 65 Million Years Ago after the great Cretaceous-Tertiary Extinction to the Present day. It has often been called the age of mammals as the mammals eventually replaced the large dinosaurs over millions of years. But the Cenozoic era is also the age of birds.
